Founder, President & Team Principal
Al Uscinski
Al is a factory-trained Audi mechanic and UTI graduate. After his reputation for obsession with perfection in the dealership world grew, customers started requesting Al personally.
With customers soon wanting track-day specific maintenance and prep, Al knew his time at the dealership was up.
In 2002, he founded Chicago Performance and Tuning Co., with the goal to provide those services at a world class level to his loyal customers, many still with us today.
Success in Porsche club racing, becoming the technical partner and a dealer for KTM Sportcar, and now a greater focus in professional level motorsport are just a few of the core achievements since then.

Professional Drivers & Coaches
Mads Siljehaug
In professional motorsports for over 10 years, Mads saw initial success in karting, quickly swapping to cars in 2012, then further success in junior Formulas leading him to make the final jump into Sportscars in 2016.
Mads is now a factory driver with KTM Sportcar GmbH, supporting both active racing programs and development work on current and future models.
Mads has been working with CPT for several years, with expertise in driver development coaching, car setup, and co-driving.
Mads has competed in over 100 professional races, with 25 wins, 44 podiums, 17 fastest race laps, and 10 pole positions. His major achievements are being the 2019 champion in the ADAC GT4 Germany, and most recently, the runner-up in the 2023 Michelin Le Mans Cup LMP3 Class Championship!
Tyler Cooke
Like many aspiring racers, Tyler caught the bug early on from his father and grandfather.
After a short, but promising karting career, Tyler quickly made the jump to sportscars, competing in IMSA predecessor, GRAND-AM series, from 2012 to 2018, collecting wins, podiums, pole positions, and two championships.
In 2019, Tyler hopped across the pond to test his mettle in Europe’s battlegrounds.
Making his debut in GT3 in 2021, Tyler quickly piqued OEM interest and was an official Lamborghini Squadra Corse Junior for 2022 & 2023.
Zac Anderson
Zac’s story is one of true
determination and resolve. Despite
being a karting sensation, life threw
everything it had at Zac to keep him
out of professional motorsport.
He’s unsure himself if it was his
inability to accept defeat, never-ending
smile, or his pure adoration for racing
that kept him pushing past the barriers.
Despite his later start in professional sportscar racing, Zac has done
nothing but make waves in the paddock.
Most of his accolades come from his
time spent in SRO America, where he
still races today, just some include:
2020 GT4 Rookie of the Year, 2020 GT4 SprintX Champion, 2023 GT4 Silver Champion, 2023 Fastest Lap Champion, 3-Time GT4
Race Winner 2024, Eagle’s Canyon Raceway Chief Instructor
Matt Bell
Matt began his journey in racing later
then most drivers – starting at age 22.
He competed in the IMSA SportsCar Challenge after just a single season of Club Racing.
Racing with a large team until it was dissolved in 2017, his career saw him drive for numerous professional-level sportscar teams.
Matt’s professional coaching career started one year after his first club race.
He has worked with private clients, and corporations; working in motorsport fleet safety, executive protection, and autonomous driving industries.
