Driving Your Racing Dreams
Our Support, Your Goals
Motorsport is a broad spectrum with everything from ride alongs to the triple crown, there’s a place for everyone to enjoy one of the last gladiatorial forums of competition in today’s world, but where to start?
What should you focus on? What are your goals? How much does it cost? How do you go from slow to pro?
The world of racing can be daunting and overwhelming, especially those just starting out or looking to transition from grassroots to more professional organized racing.
Chicago Performance has been operating for over 20 years, with vast experience and success in all levels of motorsport, we’re equipped and prepared to guide you through the world of sportscar racing.
So whether you’re entering the sport and looking for enjoyment from the world’s greatest hobby, or ready to push yourself into the big leagues and chase history, we’re ready for you to set the goals, and let us set the pace.
GETTING
STARTED
The Team Behind The Dream
One of the most important parts of starting your motorsport journey is finding the right team to partner with.
They’ll be the ones you spend your time with, develop you, guide you, and the ones you’ll look to when problems occur, when budget and sponsorship conversations arise, and for when you’re ready to take the next step, to whatever level that may be.
So what does the right team look like, how do they act, what separates them from the hundreds of other race shops supporting sportscar racing? For us, the key difference is in our core values:
P

Races Are Won Or Lost In
The Shop.
I

Do It Right, Especially When Nobody Sees.
T

Honesty & Communication

P.I.T. P.A.S.S.
P

S

Behind Every Result Is A Team.
S

Measured Beyond Trophies.
Proven Through Reputation
Not Just A Statement
The stopwatch never lies, so neither do we. To ourselves, or to those who race with us.
Our core values have become the framework about how we go about our pro racing, with a focus on team culture, performance, and results at the forefront of our decision making.
These values carry through to our customer programs as well. The important distinction between our pro racing and our customer programs is how we set targets & expectations, and how we measure results and performance against that.
Trophies are awarded to top-placed finishers, but more often than not, they don’t tell the story of a race. They don’t speak to the enjoyment, the comraderies, the sportsmanship, nor the growth. A race can be filled with success without even crossing the finish line.
Don’t get us wrong, racing for victory is the core of our pursuit, it’s part of the passion that drives us to show up at every race. So whilst we work hard to collect hardware where possible, we also put our efforts into seeing our version of success through to victory.
