At Chicago Performance, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to ordering errors, incompatibility, or dissatisfaction with a product.

Returns may only be considered on a case by case basis and only with prior written authorization from Chicago Performance. Authorization is not guaranteed, even in situations involving perceived defects or issues with a product. Any return attempt made without prior authorization will be rejected.

If you believe a product may qualify for review, you must contact us before taking any action. Chicago Performance will determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
